Documents Required for BPT Admission
Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) programme should keep their original certificates and required copies ready for application and document verification. Certificates and Proofs Generally Required for Verification
- SSC / Class 10 Marks Memo – for date-of-birth verification
- Intermediate / Class 12 Marks Memo or equivalent qualifying examination certificate
- Study Certificates – as applicable for the qualifying and preceding classes
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Aadhaar Card or other valid identity proof
- Recent Passport-Size Photographs
- Candidate's Signature / Specimen Signature
- Migration Certificate, if applicable
- Caste / Community Certificate, if applicable
- Income / EWS Certificate, if applicable
- Local / Non-Local or Residence Certificate, if applicable
- Disability (PwD) Certificate, if applicable
