Check Your Eligibility for BPT
Admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) programme at Vijaya Krishna College of Physiotherapy is subject to the eligibility conditions prescribed by the applicable university, Government of Telangana and regulatory authorities. Candidates should carefully review the following requirements before applying.
Intermediate (10+2) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry
Candidates should have:
- Passed Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent examination.
- Studied Biology (Botany & Zoology), Physics and Chemistry.
- Passed the required practical examinations in the relevant subjects.
- The qualifying examination should be from a recognised board or institution.
Equivalent 10+2 qualifications recognised by the Telangana authorities may include CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, TOSS or other recognised boards, subject to applicable rules.
Additional Pathways Recognised Under Applicable Regulations
Intermediate with Required Bridge Course
Candidates who have completed Intermediate (10+2) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry, including a required bridge course where applicable, may be considered subject to the prescribed regulations.
Intermediate Vocational Education (Physiotherapy)
Candidates who have completed Intermediate Vocational Education (Physiotherapy) or an equivalent qualification recognised by the applicable university and Government of Telangana may also be eligible, subject to the relevant rules.
Age, Nationality and Local / Non-Local Status
Age Requirement
The candidate should have completed 17 years of age by 31st December of the year of admission, subject to the applicable admission regulations.
Nationality
Candidates should satisfy the applicable nationality requirements. Indian citizens, Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) may be considered subject to the rules applicable to the respective category.
Local & Non-Local Status
Local and non-local candidate status will be determined according to the Government of Telangana and applicable university regulations. Candidates should refer to the relevant admission notification for the requirements applicable to their category.

Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not by itself guarantee admission. Candidates must complete the applicable admission and counselling process and fulfil all requirements prescribed by the relevant authorities.
